Day 1: Welcome to Portugal
Arrive at Funchal airport and pick up the rental car at the airport. Overnight in Funchal

Day 2: Madeira Island
On the next days, drive around to discover the Island of Madeira, a floating garden of the Atlantic, known for its natural beauty. You'll find exotic colours of the flowers standing out from among the blue sea and the emerald green vegetation, where the largest Laurisilva forest in the world is located. Visit Madeira Natural Park, at Ribeiro Frio, or make your way up to the Pico do Areeiro, the island’s third highest point. Discover Curral das Freiras, located in a deep valley, with one of the most striking landscapes on the island or head north, towards, Porto Moniz, for a reinvigorating plunge into the famous natural rock pools. Day 3: Levada
Today you'll do one of the most famous activities in Madeira Island: a walking tour in a levada. Levadas are a network of irrigation channels, used to distribute the abundant water that flows from springs at the top of the mountains amongst the slopes and valleys, covering several protected areas. With some of them you can discover the soul of the island, away from the beaten track. Overnight in Funchal

Day 4: Whale and Dolphin Watching
In the morning, you'll do a 3h boat tour to see dolphins and whales, if the nature permits. In the afternoon, continue visiting the island. Overnight in Funchal

Day 5: Boat tour to Desert Islands
On a full day boat tour, you'll visit the Desert Islands. The Desert are three volcanic islands, located in the southeast point of Madeira Island. Today you'll visit the Deserta Grande Island, the only one that can be visited. Overnight in Funchal

Day 6: Madeira Island
On this last day, simply relax enjoying the hotel, stroll around Funchal city or pick up the rental car and continue visiting the island. Overnight in Funchal

Day 7: Departure
Departure to Funchal airport and drop off the rental car.
