Day 2: Ilhéu das Cabras
Free morning to stroll around and explore the historic centre of Angra do Heroísmo, classified World Heritage by UNESCO. In the afternoon, you'll discover Ilhéu das Cabras, a protected nesting ground area for several seabirds in a boat tour.

Day 3: Terceira
Today you'll discover the wonders of this amazing volcanic island. Monte Brasil, Cume Mountain volcano, Ponta dos Mistérios or Algar are some of the places of great natural beauty that can be found is this Island. Embrace a unique nature, with a lush vegetation, volcanic cones and natural pools.

Day 4: Whale watching
Early in the morning, transfer to the airport for your flight to São Miguel Island. Transfer to the hotel to drop off your luggage.
If it's possible, do a whale watching. Azores is one of the largest whale sanctuaries in the world. Among the resident and migratory species, you can see more than 24 different types of cetaceans. Free afternoon.

Day 5: Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo
Today, in a jeep tour, you'll discover the two most famous places of the island: Sete Cidades Lagoon, a giant crater with the Verde (Green) and Azul (Blue) lagoons together and Fogo Lagoon, with a stop in Caldeira Velha to relax in a small pool of warm water, surrounded by a lush forest of ferns.

Day 6: Furnas
In your guided tour, visit Vale das Furnas, with its fumaroles (calderas) of hot water, mud, medicinal waters and more than twenty thermal springs, Lagoa das Furnas where “cozido nas caldeiras” (mixed-meat stew) is made using the heat from the earth, and Terra Nostra Park, one of the most beautiful gardens in S. Miguel, with a lake-pool with its mineral-rich thermal water.

Day 7: At the Ocean
For today we recommend a water activity. Or swimming with wild dolphins in the clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, or do scuba diving to discover underwater caves, natural reefs, rocks and a large diversity of marine species. If you are more adventurous, jump, slide and abseil in a 100% natural environment with a canyoning activity.

Day 8: Departure
On your last day, after check out at the hotel, transfer to Ponta Delgada airport to take your flight home.
